Auto fix

Repairs geometric errors found by mesh diagnosis in one click. It closes open edges (holes), corrects flipped normals, and cleans up non-manifold edges and duplicate triangles. Run mesh diagnosis again to verify the result.

Self-intersection

Detects where surfaces pass through or intersect each other and rebuilds them into a valid solid mesh. Unresolved self-intersections can cause volume and slicing errors, affecting cost estimates and print quality.

Split & merge

Splits separate shells within a single file into independent parts. Conversely, separate parts can be merged into a single mesh group. This is useful for extracting only the components that need machining from an assembly model.
