03 Measuring dimensions

Distance, wall thickness, clearance and diameter.

Four precision measurement modes are available. Select a tool from the tool panel on the right, then click a point or face on the model to see the measurement.

Distance

The shortest straight-line distance between two picked points.

Wall thickness

The material thickness between two opposing surfaces.

Gap / clearance

The open distance and play between separate parts.

Diameter / radius

Measures the diameter of circular holes and cylindrical faces, as well as the radius of curvature.
